This is the second part of the Iron Ravine campaign in "adventure pamphlet" format.
In the first episode, you had the opportunity to discover the town of Iron Ravine and its surroundings. As an introductory guide, the adventurers set out to explore a gnome's laboratory. Unfortunately, at the end of their adventures, they brought back a plague virus to the city.
The script of this pamphlet adventure
For fans of Forgotten Kingdoms, the name Talona must mean something. For others, Talona is the goddess of poison and disease in this universe. In this second episode, some time has passed since the last pamphlet scenario and the plague has settled in the city. The army of the local lord imposed a blockade on the city. This very worrying situation can lead to the destruction of Iron Ravine, either by disease, hunger or by flames if this is the Lord's will.
Olbyllel, the mayor of the city, promised a strong reward to the one who will save the city. For some time now, healers and charlatans have been invading the city. But someone seems to be threatening these healers. And recently, dead bodies have been found.
What is in this adventure pamphlet?
Despite the constraints of the format, I wanted to do something different. At least, something other than a classic dungeon. This short adventure is divided into two parts.
The first part of the adventure is an investigation phase. Adventurers will walk the streets of the city in search of clues about the crimes committed. I think this part is difficult to play solo because you have to read without reading too much! Moreover, you will certainly think of leads that I didn't write. My advice: remember that this is a short adventure designed to be played at lunchtime. If you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere, the bet will already be successful!
The second part is much more classic. It is a fairly linear mini-donjon but always scripted, with a big surprise!
The conclusion of the mini pamphlet campaign?

Don't miss the final act! You' ll discover the ultimate fate of Iron Ravine. The issue of Talona's last assault on Iron Ravine will be entirely in your hands!
I just found this blog and I'm very excited. This is exactly what I was looking for - a quick, easy, narrative-focused, solo RPG with pre-made adventures. Thank you so much.
